Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Installer specializing in Foundation Repair and Waterproofing to join our team. This role involves assessing, repairing, and
waterproofing building foundations and crawl spaces to ensure structural integrity and prevent water intrusion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of foundation systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with relevant tools and techniques. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and evaluate foundation conditions to determine necessary repairs or waterproofing solutions
• Install foundation repair systems, including helical piers, underpinning, or other stabilization methods
• Apply waterproofing membranes, sealants, and drainage systems to prevent water infiltration
• Use specialized tools and components related to foundation systems
• Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Accurately measure and cut materials for installation projects
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout all phases of the project

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in foundation repair, waterproofing, or related construction fields preferred
• This position is all year around and at times will be subject to working in extreme cold, extreme heat, and rainy weather
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams is advantageous
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces
• Commitment to safety procedures and quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license preferred for site travel and equipment transportation (required for promotion)
