Great company! Came out to our house, inspected our crawl space, took pictures and throughly went over and explained everything they came across at no charge, starting with the most pressing issues to preventative maintenance. Never felt pressure from Rob on any of the issues found. The crew showed up within a few days. They were very courteous with good communication throughout the day. We were shown pictures of all the work done and everything was cleaned up after the job was completed. Very happy with the job they did! I felt like they gave us personal attention throughout the process. Would highly recommend this company for any of your foundation needs. A+++

Our inspection process with Rob was thorough, and he was able to clearly explain the issues and solution options. There was no up sale or pressure for a decision. The quote was much lower and covered the root issues vs. another company that did an inspection. We look forward to working with Trusted Foundation Solutions.
Trusted Foundation Solutions did an outstanding job on our home. They completed structural improvements in the home to eliminate some settling issues. Outdoors they removed overgrowth, added and graded new soil and grass seed with great attention to detail. Rob was extremely professional and easy to work with. I had a wall in my basement with 2 3/4 inch bowing. He gave a fair quote for the work to be performed and and helped explained why this was the best plan of action instead of a different route. I now have no foundation concerns and have a fully warrantied wall for when I list my house. Thanks Rob and team!
Foundation issues can be stressful as it is one of those things that it is hard for regular folks to diagnose. You really need to be able to trust the people giving you information as it is often an expensive type of repair. I saw some things in my home that made me think there could be an issue. I wanted to get it analyzed and addressed. TFS came out and they were professional and their analysis and explanation of what I was seeing was logical and easy to understand. They gave me a few service options based on how far I wanted to go with the adjustments at different price points. The communication was open and convenient, using email, phone, or text, whatever worked for me. The crew that came out and did the work was professional, on time, and courteous. If I had have one small criticism it would be that they charge a 2% fee for paying with a credit card. Given the cost of these repairs, I can see a credit card being the best option in many cases. I kinda feel like there should be no additional charge for using one…but that is a minor thing in the grand scheme.

Rob was excellent on the sales side. Listened to our ideas and found ways to address them affordably. You really felt like they wanted to help, and they didn’t take advantage of our ignorance about foundations. The team that did the work was professional and courteous. They took a terrible situation and made it as painless as possible. I would definitely use then again.
